Does everyone deserve respect? The answer is a resounding 'yes'!  During the month of November, students will learn that all people deserve to be shown respect and that respect must be based upon our shared humanity. Respectful interactions with one another lead to meaningful relationships. When people respect each other, there are less conflicts, disagreeements, and misunderstandings. Fundamental respect for all people is shown when we:

1. Avoid violent, verbal, or physical behaviour

2. Interact with consideration of others' needs

3. Accept that people are unique and have different beliefs and values
